SAMAHI Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SAMAHI, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. We partner with trusted logistics providers across India to deliver your purchases with care and reliability.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

SAMAHI currently ships across India and services most serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.

During festive seasons, promotional sales, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will keep you informed regarding the status of your order.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking Number (AWB)

  • Courier Partner Details

  • Tracking Link

You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, strikes, natural calamities, or other operational challenges beyond our control.


DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • A valid 10-digit mobile number is mandatory.

  • Customers must be available to receive calls from courier partners if required.

Failure to provide accurate delivery details may result in delayed delivery, return of the shipment, or additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Prepaid Orders

We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹1999.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

A nominal COD handling charge of ₹99 may be applicable on Cash on Delivery orders.

The applicable shipping and COD charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.


FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If the package remains undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to respond to courier communication

the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

Any re-shipping charges for such orders will be borne by the customer.


DELAYED DELIVERY

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
