Returns & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:

Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

Products showing signs of use, washing, alterations, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage will not be eligible for return.

Step 2: Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
Step 3: Ship the Product
Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking details with us.
Refund Policy
Mode of Refund
As a small independent fashion brand, refunds are provided in the form of a SAMAHI Store Credit (Coupon Code).

Store Credit will be emailed to the registered email address.

Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Can be redeemed on future purchases at SAMAHI.
-
Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection:

Store Credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Deductions Applicable
The following deductions may apply:

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If free shipping was provided on the order, a shipping fee of âš125 may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Return shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:

Size issues (subject to stock availability)

Defective products

Incorrect products received
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
If the requested size is unavailable, a Store Credit equivalent to the product value will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Prepaid Orders

Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment gateway charges of up to 5% may be deducted.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers may request a return after delivery as per our Returns Policy.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
While every SAMAHI product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch, in rare cases an issue may occur during transit.
Reporting Timeline
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Resolution Options
After verification, SAMAHI will offer one of the following:

Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

Store Credit equivalent to the product value
For approved damaged-product cases within India, reverse pickup may be arranged at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

Products customized or altered on customer request.

Products returned without tags or original packaging.
-
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

Products reported beyond the specified return window.
Important Notes

Color variations may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings and shall not be considered a defect.

Natural fabric characteristics, texture variations, weaving irregularities, and slight shade differences are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted and woven textiles.

SAMAHI reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
